I am a Brooklyn-based playwright and performer whose work in devised theater has been staged at St. Ann’s Warehouse, LaMama, One Arm Red, HERE Arts Center, and IRT Theater. For over ten years, I worked with ensemble companies such as Six Characters and Synaesthetic Theatre to create original collaborative work for the stage, as well as three award-winning video shorts and a 30-minute TV pilot. As a solo playwright, my work has been produced by Scantic River Productions and Dixon Place, and read at the Playground Experiment, This Moment Productions, and Houses on the Moon. My play, The Mud Room, was a semi-finalist for the NAP Series in 2023 and Botanica was a finalist for the 2025 SheNYC Festival. I’ve been a resident artist with Holes in the Wall Collective and Chashama. I was selected as a finalist for the Wolf House Writing Residency in 2023 and The Playwrights Center Core Apprentice Program in 2024. My creative nonfiction has been published in the No, You Tell It! 10-Year Storytelling Anthology, The Huffington Post, Girl Crush Zine (editors Jenna Wortham and Thessaly La Force), and Thó Wiŋ Magazine.
I hold a BFA in Acting from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and an MFA in Creative Writing from Augsburg University.
I’ve been practicing hula for over ten years, most recently with Lei Pasifika.
